在提交 Enterprise AI Readiness Review 前，請逐項確認：

- [ ] 七個面向（資料、安全、隱私、整合、治理、營運、人員）都有明確標記狀態，沒有遺漏任何一項。
- [ ] 每個 ready 狀態都附有具體證據來源（對應 Module 1-3 的產出），不是憑印象判斷。
- [ ] 每個 conditional 狀態都有具名或具體角色的責任人、明確期限（日期，不是「盡快」）與核准人。
- [ ] 已標記為 not_applicable 的面向，附有理由並經審查者核准，不是用來規避未完成的工作。
- [ ] 至少檢查過一次「案件主題」與「案件是否包含個人資料」是否被混為一談（見 Module 4 範例）。
- [ ] blocking 缺口已明確標示，且說明它如何限制目前核准的試行範圍。
- [ ] 最終建議是 Proceed to Pilot／Proceed with Conditions／Remediate First／Stop 四者之一，並附至少三項具體理由。
- [ ] 已誠實列出本次審查尚未涵蓋的案件類型或已知限制。
- [ ] 若為合成練習，已標明「合成練習，不等同正式專案」；若涉及真實企業資料，已依組織資料政策取得授權。
- [ ] 準備度審查內容視為敏感資料，僅存放於受管理位置並只分享給經授權人員。

Before submitting an Enterprise AI Readiness Review, confirm each of the following:

- [ ] All seven domains (data, security, privacy, integration, governance, operations, people) have an explicit status; none are missing.
- [ ] Every ready status cites a specific evidence source (from Modules 1-3's output), not a judgment call from memory.
- [ ] Every conditional status has a named or specific-role owner, a concrete deadline (a date, not "soon"), and an approver.
- [ ] Any domain marked not_applicable carries a stated reason and reviewer approval, and is not used to sidestep unfinished work.
- [ ] You checked at least once whether "the case topic" was confused with "whether the case contains personal data" (see the Module 4 example).
- [ ] Blocking gaps are clearly flagged, with an explanation of how they limit the currently approved trial scope.
- [ ] The final recommendation is one of Proceed to Pilot / Proceed with Conditions / Remediate First / Stop, backed by at least three concrete reasons.
- [ ] Case types or known limitations not yet covered by this review are honestly listed.
- [ ] If this is a synthetic exercise, it states "synthetic exercise, not equivalent to a formal project"; if real company data is involved, it has been authorized per the organization's data policy.
- [ ] The readiness review is treated as sensitive: stored only in managed locations and shared only with authorized people.
