Public operating instructions for teaching, guiding practice, and understanding outcomes

The teacher role

Teachers deliver the course, guide practice, and use learning outcomes afterwards to adjust their teaching. The platform gives teachers Presenter View and a Teacher app.

This guide is public operating documentation. It contains no speaker notes, reference answers, or learner data — those appear only inside the Teacher app after authorized sign-in.

Reaching the Teacher app

The Teacher app requires authorized sign-in. Sign in with an account that has been authorized and you will see the Teacher app; without permission the page tells you to contact an administrator.

Delivery workflow

  1. Before class
    Confirm an administrator has created your course session, and share the session code with learners
  2. Pre-test
    Ask learners to complete the pre-test before the course begins
  3. Teach
    Use Presenter View to walk through Module 1 and Module 2
  4. Practice
    Guide learners through the four practice tasks
  5. Post-test and apply
    Complete the post-test, Use Case Canvas, and Exit Ticket
  6. Afterwards
    Review the session’s learning outcomes in the Teacher app

Presenter View

Presenter View shows module content as slides, with teacher-only content alongside.

  • Arrow keys (← →) move between slides; Home / End jump to the first or last slide
  • Press F to enter or leave full screen, Esc to leave full screen
  • In full screen the side panel is hidden, leaving only the slide for learners to see

Warning

Use full screen when projecting so speaker notes are not shown to learners.

Speaker notes and teaching tips

After authorized sign-in, each slide provides speaker notes, teaching tips, demo steps, fallback guidance, and a reference answer. This content is protected on the server and readable only by teachers and administrators.

Guiding practice

  • Let learners download or preview the file first, then explain the goal of the task
  • Encourage learners to review AI output instead of accepting it as is
  • Remind learners not to paste company secrets or customer personal data

Understanding learning outcomes

For a session code, the Teacher app shows pre- and post-test averages, the learning delta, a competency summary, and the distribution of suggested work modes in Use Cases. Data is aggregated per session.

General troubleshooting

  1. I cannot see the Teacher app
    Check that you are using an authorized account; if it still fails, contact an administrator.
  2. A learner cannot start a test
    Check that the session code is correct and the session is open.
  3. Slides look wrong
    Refresh the page; if needed, continue with the fallback approach.
