The Use Case Canvas helps you describe a piece of work: how it is done today, where the pain points are, what help you want from AI, the expected output, what happens if it goes wrong, and how you plan to review it.
Exit Ticket
The Exit Ticket is a short wrap-up before the course ends: the work you most want AI help with, and topics for the follow-up interview.
