Completing IL 302 moves the project to Gate 5 (the Scale Review). Completing IL 101-302 plus a final portfolio review earns the NTPU Enterprise AI Transformation Series Certificate: a series certificate, not automatically a professional certification.
Certificate
AI Skill Certificate: Enterprise AI Transformation & Value Realization. Requires: the transformation roadmap is completed and the review is passed (suggested pass: 70/100, with required critical controls passed). The five rubric weights above are this change proposal’s (CR-098 §5.4) own proposed default, 20% each -- not a value IL SDD §14 specifies. IL SDD §14 lists the required fields but gives no weight table; curriculum/instructor sign-off is recommended before treating this as final.

Data and privacy requirements
