Pre/post checks on interviewing, process mapping, handoffs, decision points, pain points, root cause, baseline, and evidence

Assessment flow

AD 102 follows the platform's assessment model: pre-test, then learning and practice, then post-test.

  1. Pre-test
    Taken before the course starts; no pass mark.
  2. Learn
    Complete the ten lessons across Module 1 and 2.
  3. Practice
    Complete the five judgment challenges.
  4. Post-test
    Taken after the course; the pass mark is 80%.

Assessment content

Each form has 12 single-choice items covering eight competencies: interview, process map, handoff, decision point, pain point, root cause, baseline, and evidence.

Scoring

Scoring happens server-side. Correct answers and explanations never appear on the public page or in any response before submission.
