Before you start

Analytics are aggregate numbers with no individual learner data; small categories are folded into "other" so no one can be re-identified. Anonymous UI events count button clicks and events only and contain nothing that identifies a person.

Steps

  1. Open the Analytics page
Choose Analytics in the Admin app sidebar, then learning, application or product analytics
  2. Learning analytics
Platform-wide session and participant counts, submitted counts and averages for the pre-test and post-test, and the numbers who enrolled, started and completed the post-test
  3. Application analytics
Use Case and Exit Ticket counts, and the Use Case status distribution
  4. Product analytics
Anonymous UI event counts from the last 30 days by event, course and source, and Help Center article feedback (helpful or not helpful, with reasons)
  5. Look at one session
For per-session results, load the session code in the Teacher app

Expected result

You understand overall participation and learning-outcome trends.

Course feedback

Feedback results, comment moderation and form performance live together under Analytics > Course feedback rather than in these three categories.

Common problems

  1. UI event counts look low
Browsers with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control turned on are never counted, by design.
