- Have your session code and learner code ready; the session must be open
- Pick a real task that recurs in your work
Warning
Do not enter company secrets, client personal data or unauthorized sensitive information.
Steps
- 1Open the course’s Apply page
Go to Apply from the curriculum and read the field notes - 2Fill in the Use Case or Canvas
Describe the current process, pain points, the AI help you want and how a human will review the result. In the GoAI 101 6-hour edition the whole course builds one integrated 14-field Canvas, so complete the early fields first; in the 8-hour edition each activity has its own artifact, integrated into a Canvas at the end - 3Submit
Enter your codes and submit; some courses show advisory automatic feedback - 4Complete the Exit Ticket
If the course has one, complete it before the course ends - 5Follow the status
Use the same codes in My Use Cases to view and update the status
Expected result
Your Use Case is submitted to the session, where instructors and admins can use it for aggregation and follow-up department discussions.
Common problems
- 1I submitted the Exit Ticket twice
Only the latest submission per learner code and session is kept. - 2The automatic feedback disagrees with me
Automatic feedback is advisory only and never replaces your instructor’s or your own judgement.
