Every course is registered in a single catalog. Course pages, search, Learning Paths and My Learning all read from it, so the information stays consistent.
Course codes
Each course has a fixed code such as AI 101, AI 201, DS 101 or AD 101. The code does not change if the course is renamed, and URLs are based on it, so links stay valid.

Learning Areas and Learning Paths
Learning Areas group courses by topic (for example Data & Evidence) for browsing and filtering; Learning Paths put courses in a recommended order for a goal (for example AI Data Analysis). One course can appear in several areas or paths.
Recommended prerequisites
Prerequisites shown on courses and Learning Paths are recommendations; the platform never blocks you from starting a course.
Course progress
Course progress is calculated from completed sections and learning activities.
Industry AI Co-Creation Lab
The IL course series applies classroom skills to a real problem brought by a partner organization. Each industry project moves through a sequence of gate decisions (Intake, Value, Evidence, Readiness, Adoption and Scale), each decided by the responsible role from a fixed set of options and recorded by the system, before an optional Publication step.
A project that completes publication and is approved by its sponsoring organization, a privacy reviewer and an academic reviewer appears, de-identified, in the public Industry Case Library. Projects that are not yet approved, or still in progress, are never made public.
