Before you start

Before you start

You need to sign in to leave feedback.
  • Most courses: the session code your instructor gives you (a valid session code counts as having taken the course; you do not need to join the session with your account first)
  • Self-paced Industry Lab (IL) courses have no session code; you need some lesson progress or a credential for the course
  • About 2 to 3 minutes; feedback is not a condition for getting a credential

Where to leave it

  • The "Course feedback" section at the bottom of the course home page
  • Below your result after a post-test ("Finished the course? Leave feedback")
  • The "Give course feedback" button on the course completion card
  • My Learning: a link under each completed course, and a reminder banner at the top (courses completed in the last 30 days without feedback)
  • Skills Passport: a link next to a course credential
  • The address or QR code your instructor shows on the last slide
  • The direct address: /feedback/ plus the course id, for example /feedback/course-101 for AI 101

After you receive a course credential the platform may also send one reminder email (depending on platform settings); it never sends a second one for the same course.

Steps

  1. Open the form
The page shows the course code and course name. When you scan the QR code your instructor shows, the session code is filled in (if you are not signed in you come back to the same page after signing in); it is also filled in when you joined exactly one session of this course; otherwise pick one from the list or type it
  2. Answer "Course experience"
Four questions on a 1 to 5 scale: overall satisfaction, relevance to your work, clear content at the right level, and exercises and cases that helped (1 = strongly disagree, 5 = strongly agree)
  3. Answer "Learning outcomes"
Two questions on a 1 to 5 scale (confidence to apply it, knowing when a person must review AI output) and a 0 to 10 recommendation score
  4. Optionally write open feedback
"Most helpful", "Needs improvement" and "Other comments and learning notes" are all optional, up to 1000 characters each
  5. Submit
You can submit once the seven required questions (six ratings and the recommendation score) are answered; the progress bar at the top shows how many are done. The session code is checked as you type ("✓ Session: name" or the reason it is wrong); if something is still wrong when you press Submit, the items to fix are listed right above the button, each with a "Go fix it" link

What you should see

A "Thank you for your feedback" screen with the date until which you can change it. Answers you have not sent yet are kept in this browser only and cleared when you submit.

Changing or deleting

  • You can always view your own feedback
  • For 7 days after submitting you can edit it or delete it
  • After 7 days it is locked: you can still view it but not edit it, and you can request deletion, which an administrator handles

Who can see your feedback

  • Your ratings and comments never show your name or account
  • Instructors see statistics only, and only for their own sessions; a session with fewer than 5 responses shows no numbers
  • Your organization's HR contact (an HR viewer) may see de-identified statistics and comments; if the organization has fewer than 5 responses for the course, no numbers and no comments are shown
  • Emails, phone numbers, national ID numbers and links in comments are masked automatically; comments with sensitive wording are reviewed by an administrator before they can be published
  • Original feedback is kept for at most 24 months

Warning

Do not enter company secrets, client personal data, colleagues' names or other unauthorized sensitive information in your feedback.

Common problems

  1. "This self-paced course needs some lesson progress or a credential" appears
Self-paced Industry Lab courses have no session code; finish some of the course or earn the credential first.
  2. "Session code not found" or "does not belong to this course"
The session code must belong to the same course; the reason appears right under the field as you type. Confirm it with your instructor, and the message turns into "✓ Session: name" once it is right.
  3. You cannot edit it and it says locked
Feedback locks 7 days after you submit it; you can request deletion instead.
  4. "Too many requests"
Wait a few minutes and try again.
